 At The Bloor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible merchandise from the purchase date.

All returns must comply with our return policy. Please be sure to read our Return Policy thoroughly before submitting your return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned item(s). After your return has been processed and authenticated, refund in the form of The Bloor Store Credit will be granted.

Once the return request is processed, the customer will be granted a The Bloor Store Credit equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a 15% deduction of the value of the item(s).

Please be advised that cost(s) related to shipping, custom duties, local taxes, and extra charges that occurred will NOT be reimbursed.

Items marked as Final Sale on the product page are non-refundable.
This includes Underwear, Lingerie, Hats, Socks, Gloves, Jewelry, and Beachwear products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
