Do I need to register in order to purchase?
All our customers who would like to order with us must creat an account with The Bloor. Once account is created, you will be able to track, modify, and receive about our special promotion.
Are the products New ?
All of our offerings are brand new and have not been previously owned or utilized. We take pride in exclusively providing our valued customers with only the highest quality merchandise.
Forgot my Password

What if products are out of stock ?
We try our best to secure more stocks. If you register our account, The Bloor will provide update when products are re-stocked.
How Can I apply promotion code?
Promotion code can be applied during check out. When you click place order, you will see final purchase price with a section to place promotion code.

Kindly be aware that your card might face a decline due to security measures on international transactions. To circumvent any potential inconvenience,
we recommend notifying your card issuer or financial institution about your forthcoming purchase(s) prior to submitting payment.
Please note, should your card encounter a decline, The Bloor will not assume liability for unsuccessful purchase transactions or any related charges
Can you deliver to two different addresses?
We cannot separate one order in to two different delivery addrss.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes ?
No, due to the courier restriction, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How do I track my shipment ?
Once shipment is placed, you may track at My Account page
or you will be receiving an email regarding recently placed shipment
What happens when my order is not available ?
Our product availability relies on what our partner boutiques have in stock. We update our website with their latest info, making sure it's current.
When you order, the boutique must confirms and readies the item for shipping.
If product goes out of stock, our cancellation email will follow and refund to the same card. We're here to make sure your shopping experience stays smooth and satisfying at The Bloor.
Address change after place an order
We can not change delivery address after order is placed.
All our products are from our affiliated boutiques in Europe. Once products are imported from an another country customer will be charged Duty+Tax. Duties and Taxes will be vary depends on the country where order(s) will be delivered. Duties and Taxes are calculated by the receiving countries depends on import tariffs.
Duty Included Label
Some of the products are labeled and sold as Duties & Tax included. When products are labeled on the product pictures, the price our customer see is the final price our customer will be paying. The price listed is what Duty and import tax is included.
Duties and Tax Payment Option
When products without Duty Included label is ordered, our shipment courier partners will send notification alert via phone number or email address that has been input in the transaction process. Our courier parters will send Duties and import tax information prior delivery. Customer may follow the instruction to proceed payment and always make sure to double check shipment details and tracking numbers.
When Duties and Taxes payments are delayed, storage charges may occur depends on the courier partners free days policies. Please note delays in paying Duties & Taxes will be delaying in delivery to your door.
The Bloor will not be responsible for any of storage charges.
All these charges must be paid to our courier partners in order to receive products

We guarantee taht all the products we handle are genuine. The products are from our long-establisehed boutiques in Europe with rich histories. Our affiliated boutiques are connected directly to the brands or the sale's managers of multiple brands whom built trust for long time. To ensure the products we provide are genuine, we carefully inspect at The Bloor's warehouse before we ship to your door.

New prodcuts or Used?
All the products we sell is a new products. We guarantee that products are not previously owned or utilized. We take pride in exclusively providing valued customers with the only the highest quality merchandise. Refer to our return policy, underwears and beachwears are not returnable no matter products have or has been wore. All products are brand new.
Size
The Bloor offer size charts for all of our products. Some items may include details about their sizes or dimensions as well as informatin about the sizes
worn by our models in the pictures.
Due to the variations in size standards between different countries and individual preferences for how items fits, we advise those who are seeking
for precise sizes to consider visiting local brand's shop to try on items for fitting. The size charts and information we provde are intended as
reference to assist you in making your size selections.
Accessories
Accessoreies (Shopping Bag, Duffle Bags etc...) will be shipped when it is included from our boutiques. However, excluded accessories are not
valid reasons for return or refund. Some products may include accessories, we will ship together once we receive from our affiliated boutiques.
Packaging
All products we ship will be packaged to your door. Packaging will be done in Europe or at our The Bloor warehouse in Toronto, Canada depends on the
final destination. Products are packaged in the box with The Bloor's tissue paper, product tag , and in bag or boxes.
Gift packaging
The Bloor do not offer any gift packaging. Shipment will be packaged with The Bloor's packaging.
