All returns must comply with our return policy. Please be sure to read our Return Policy thoroughly before submitting your return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned item(s). After your return has been processed and authenticated, refund in the form of The Bloor Store Credit will be granted.

Once the return request is processed, The customer will be granted an The Bloor Store Credit equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus 15% deduction of the value of the item(s).

Please be advised that cost(s) related to shipping, custom duties, local taxes, and extra charges that occurred will NOT be reimbursed.

Items marked as Final Sale on product page are non-refundable.
This includes Underwear, Lingerie, Hats, Socks, Gloves, Jewelry and Beachwear products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
